Gaurav Bhalla
CEO
Gaurav believes in the power of data and has established a proven track record in building teams and finding data driven solutions to complex real estate business problems. Gaurav has over a decade of experience in the investment management space including large institutional real estate investing. With a PhD from MIT in Engineering. Gaurav currently owns about 650 units portfolio in Mid-west area. Gaurav is passionate about application of the technology in the real estate space as well as cultivating investor relationships and fundraising.
Al Ayubi
Principal
Once a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch, NY, Al Ayubi decided to move into the real estate sector back in 2000. Citing his belief in the long-term stability of professionally managed property investment, Al felt he was making the right decision for his clients. His dedication to the profession has certainly paid off, with Al rated as one of the San Francisco Bay area’s leading consultants. His areas of expertise include: residential, commercial and land acquisition/development. A consummate professional, and passionate advocate of the One Seed Capital investment model, Al is on hand to advise our investors.
Dr Brom M Mahbod
Principal
Dr Mahbod, originally a technologist, spearheads One Seed Capital’s Strategy and execution policies. He uses his technical background and expertise to help make strategic acquisitions, matching institutional investors and wealthy fund managers to great real estate investments. Mr Mahbod was himself an avid investor, focusing mostly on the traditional equities market. However, in a quest to maximize his returns, he began researching alternative investment strategies. When Dr Mahbod accounted for the steady rental income, real estate tended to produce larger returns than stocks and shares. In particular, multi-family residential properties performed best. Over many years, Dr Mahbod has refined his investment strategy to ensure that One Seed Capital enjoys sustained growth.
